Ring Melanoma - 2

This 86-year-old woman was found to have more prominent pigmentation of her left iris than previously. Her IOP climbed into the 20s and she was begun on glaucoma medications. Recently she had developed anemia and had colonoscopy during which time a suspicious lesion was identified. This lesion looks like an iris / ring melanoma.
